• £45 Opening Special

Save £35 on all new patient consultations. Expires 30th June.

Your Initial Consultation is split into two parts:

Visit 1

Initial Consultation & Assessment

Your first visit takes up to 45 minutes and is about understanding you, and how daily demands may be affecting how your body feels and functions.

Before we meet, you’ll complete a short health questionnaire so we can begin understanding your story ahead of time.

During your visit we will:

  • Review your health history and concerns
  • Explore how this has been affecting daily life
  • Carry out a thorough assessment, including posture analysis, movement and neurological checks
  • Begin identifying patterns of stress, tension, and adaptation within the body

We look beyond where you feel discomfort and begin understanding what may be contributing to it.

Visit 2

Care Recommendations

Please allow 20-30 minutes for your second visit. We will guide you through your findings and discuss:

  • What we have found
  • How this may relate to how you have been feeling
  • Whether care may support you
  • Your personalised recommendations including things you can do to help yourself
  • Your next steps, should you choose to begin care.

If appropriate for you and care feels like the right fit, this visit may also include your first adjustment.

Understanding Your Treatment

Your adjustments (chiropractic treatments) are gentle, specific and tailored to you and your care.

They involve carefully applied techniques to support movement and function in your spine and joints, helping your body adapt more comfortably to everyday demands.

Care is built over a series of individual sessions, each guided by how your body responds. Over time, this approach aims to support greater ease, comfort and confidence in your body.

As your body begins to feel more settled and your initial goals are met, care often becomes part of a longer-term rhythm. Many women choose to continue with ongoing support, helping them stay connected to their body and adapt to the changing demands of daily life.

Your Care Journey

Your care is guided through three supportive phases, each designed to support your body in adapting with greater ease over time.
Phase 1

Ease

This phase focuses on helping your body begin to settle and adapt. Our aim during this time is to:
  • Support comfortable movement
  • Reduce areas of tension
  • Help you feel more ease in your body
Phase 2

Restore

As your body begins to adapt, this phase supports more consistent progress. Our focus during this time is to:
  • Support stability and coordination
  • Encourage positive movement patterns
  • Improve overall comfort and ease of movement
Phase 3

Nourish

This phase focuses on supporting your ongoing wellbeing over time. Our aim during this time is to:
  • Support ongoing comfort and mobility
  • Help your body adapt to changing demands
  • Maintain the progress you have made
